Good to know

Government fees and timescales

Our fees do not include government fees. The Home Office application fee and, for most visas, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) are paid separately, directly to the Home Office during the application. These amounts change often; always check the official figures:

Decision times depend on the Home Office, not on us. We can point you to the guide times published at GOV.UK, but we cannot guarantee a decision date.

How we work

  1. Assessment

We review your situation and confirm the right route.

  2. Quote and engagement letter

A fixed price in writing before we start.

  3. Documents

A tailored checklist and review of every piece of evidence.

  4. Submission

    Application, representations letter and biometrics.

  5. Follow-up

We deal with the Home Office and tell you the decision.

Is there a deadline?

If your visa expires soon, contact us as early as possible and say so in your message.
