We charge a fixed fee per application. Prices shown are our professional fees plus VAT (20%). The price may be higher in complex cases (for example criminal records, previous refusals, several dependants or evidence that is hard to obtain); if so, we will tell you before we start.
Not included in any price: the Home Office fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge, which are paid separately, directly to the government. Check current amounts on GOV.UK. Decision times depend on the Home Office.

Typical timescales
Case review: two working days from receipt of your documents. A complaint to the bank and then to the Financial Ombudsman may take several months. Court proceedings may last from several months to over a year. We will give you a specific estimate for your case.
Nothing is charged without a signed engagement letter setting out the scope of work and fees. We do not guarantee the recovery of any sums.
